At LAYALI OUD SDN BHD 202601017161 (1679258-P), we get orders moving quickly and keep you informed the whole way, because knowing where a parcel stands matters almost as much as receiving it, so here is how shipping works from checkout to your doorstep.
Covering Our Delivery Areas
Peninsular Malaysia – every state is included.
East Malaysia – covering Sabah and Sarawak.
Getting Your Order Ready
Before a parcel ever leaves our hands, it moves through a short preparation window that we keep as tight as we reasonably can.
Processing Time – we pack and hand orders to the courier within 1–3 business days, counting only working days and skipping weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch Notice – once your parcel is on its way, we send a confirmation email carrying the tracking details you will need to follow it.
Choosing a Courier and Estimating Arrival
Because we would rather you plan around a realistic window than a promise we cannot keep, we do not offer overnight or next-day delivery, relying instead on the carriers and timeframes below.
Reading the Delivery Window
Treat the days above as an estimate rather than a guarantee, since courier operations, seasonal holidays and unexpected weather can all push a parcel later than planned.
Managing Shipping Costs
Standard Orders – delivery is offered at no charge, sparing you the usual line item at checkout.
Bulk or Promotional Orders – a fee based on total weight and destination may still be calculated for you at checkout.
Following Your Parcel
Once your order is handed to our courier partner, we follow up with an email or SMS carrying a tracking number and a link so you can watch its progress in real time.
